Ingredients for making a Dutch mini pie fit:

To the base:

 1 teaspoon of butter at room temperature

 1 teaspoon of xylitol

 150 grams of cashew nuts

For the filling:

 5 tablespoons of powdered milk

 1 tablespoon of butter for the filling

 2 tablespoons of sour cream

 1 tablespoon of xylitol

 20 milliliters of hot water

 5 drops of vanilla essence

To the roof:

 40 grams of 70% chocolate

How to Make Mini Dutch Pie Fit:

For the base of this functional Dutch pie, start by grinding the cashew nuts until they are very fine, preferably in a kitchen food processor.

Then add a teaspoon of butter and a teaspoon of xylitol and beat again until it becomes a dough. Roll out the dough into two silicone molds and place in the freezer.

In the meantime, prepare the filling, which will be white fit cream: beat the powdered milk in a blender with hot water for 1 minute.

Tip: Beat very well to break up all the powdered milk lumps and get a smooth cream.

Then take this mixture to a pan over low heat with the xylitol, butter and vanilla and keep stirring until it does not stick. Turn off the heat, add the cream, mix and let it cool.

Then just assemble your Dutch fit pie: remove the base from the freezer, place the white cream and return to the freezer for 20 minutes.

Tip: Press the white cream well so that no air bubbles form.

At the end of this time, melt the chopped chocolate in a bain-marie or microwave and add it to the pie. Reserve in refrigerator for 1 hour.
